Freddy Simon, a WWII veteran, marks Wichita, Kansas a historical land-march in the hamburger's march. He began with a focus on cooked-to-order, quality steakburgers. Freddy's two sons, Randy and Bill, and Scott Redler, an accomplished restauranteur, worked very hard to recreate Freddy's recipe. Today, thousands of people gather at Freddy's for food to warm up their souls.
