Preparing meals for our customers has always been a pleasure, from making our pizza dough to grinding our bricks of mozzarella cheese daily. Wayne's homemade spaghetti sauce is made fresh several times a week. A very old family recipe, our homemade spaghetti sauce has been passed down from Rose's family, as well as our famous lasagna. Born and raised in Palermo, Sicily, Rose's Grandma Rose and Auto Dolly were a tremedous influence in Rose's life. Our ribs are cooked to perfection with Wayne's own special spices and BBQ sauce.
