Alex Abt, the owner of Las Palmas, developed a philosophy at a young age that everything has to be fresh. He continues to apply this concept to his business each day. Abt grew up working at his father's restaurants as a child and had a desire to do the same later in life.

Fajitas are a favorite at Las Palmas. They come out on a mini stove with a sterno to ensure a hot, sizzling meal. Our fajitas come with a sour cream, guacamole and a side of beans and rice. We do have some American favorites at Las Palmas including the giant American style burrito with delicious items stuffed inside.
